About Torch Path Counseling

At Torch Path Counseling, I specialize in providing compassionate and professional mental health counseling services. My focus is on helping individuals navigate emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, anger management, and increasing self-worth. With a deep understanding of trauma and its effects, I am dedicated to supporting clients in reclaiming their quality of life. I use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential approaches, and Adlerian techniques.  My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.  I have worked with different age groups in my mental health career from teenagers to adults approaching 70.  I also give advice related to life-planning and making responsible decisions.
